Amazing starter!!

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 5 Medium Onions
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 500ml Vegetable/Chicken stock
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil

 

Preparation

Slice the onions and cook with the sugar on a low heat in a wok in the garlic oil until soft. Prepare the stock and add to the onions. Stir.

Transfer all into Slow Cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
 

Notes

Serve with french bread with melted cheese.

Create Cream of french onion soup by blending the soup and adding fresh double cream!
