Rice Pudding
( 250 Votes )This Rice Pudding recipe is for a 4.5l slow cooker and makes a lot of rice rudding, it can be easily halved if you have a smaller one!
Serves: 8
Ingredients
- 150g pudding rice
- 40g butter (diced if really chilled)
- 150g sugar
- 1.5l milk
- pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
Butter the inside of the slow cooker, then throw (not literally!) all of the ingredients in. Give it a good mix, and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours.
