Hi all, I'm new here and also fairly new to slow cooking!
I've had a small/cheap slow cooker for ages and I must be honest the most adventurous thing I've done with it is beef casserole, chilli or to potroast a piece of beef in it. However my husband has bought me a lovely new slow cooker in the sales and its a fair bit bigger than my old one.
My question is I am currently on the Slimming World diet (and have lost 3 stones up to now

) and I'd love some very low fat and tasty recipes to cook in the New Year that are going to help me carry on my weight loss.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
