using bacon joints 6 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hi Everyone

I'm knew to this forum so please be patient if I get things wrong.
My wife and I have bought a slow cooker with high and low settings.

We have found our slow cooker meals absolutely brilliant but are a little scared to experiment. We have 2 bacon joints in the freezer, 1 plain, 1 smoked. Has anyone out there got a recipe we could use for these joints please, we'd be very grateful.

Kindest regards

Richard

Thanks Dave

Hadn't seen that, it looks ideal. Not sure about that many cloves though, suppose I could cut down the number, the rest looks brill.
Please keep me posted if you get any more recipes.
Many thanks

Richard
